Adult Campout (adults only) at Russell's Farm

This is a camp out for ADULTS only. We will be planning those activities the scouts want for next year. We will also be setting youth and adult goals.

Even if you are not able to spend the night, please come out for the planning meeting and dinner.

This camp out and meeting is open to all parents and troop leaders.

You can arrive to set up and "play" anytime after 1pm. We will start our planning meeting at 2:30 P.M.

We'll be staying on Jim Russell's farm out west of Raccoon Lake. He has about 100 acres of land for camping, fishing, boating, hiking, and an outdoor shooting range (bring plenty of ammo).

DIRECTIONS - Drive time is about 50 minutes from The Scout Hut

1. Head west on US-36 to IN-59 (about 1.5 miles past Raccoon Lake).
2. Turn south (left) on IN-59 and go approx 4.5 miles to his driveway which is across from county road 500s.
3. Turn east (left) into his curving driveway and follow it all the way back (around several fields) to our camp site (you should see the troop trailer).
